the beach was super clean (and close!), the super clean swimming pools were so refreshing, and those great water slides were a total blast. i felt so relaxed because the hotel was well-organized and everything was taken care of. the food had plenty of choices, it was fresh, tasty, and there was something for everyone (i loved the dessert options!).
I found the music around the main pools to be way too loud from 10 am to 5 pm. It made it hard to relax by the pool.

I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained. I really liked the pools, especially the adults-only heated one. It felt so relaxing. Food was varied with plenty of choices. I enjoyed the freshness.

I encountered some issues . The food quality was quite disappointing, especially considering i had all-inclusive. the main buffet felt repetitive and not particularly tasty. also, i found that some amenities listed were either misleading or not in the best condition, frustrating.
